No student PII, ever

Strategic Student does not collect, store, or transmit student personally identifiable information. The free tools are designed so you never have to enter a name, an ID, or anything that could identify a student. You work with numbers and indicators, and that's all the tools ever see.

The free tools run in your browser

Every calculation happens locally, on your device. When you use the attendance calculator, the estimator, or any other free tool, the math runs in your browser and the results stay there. We don't send what you enter to a server, and we don't save it. Close the tab and it's gone.

What the site itself handles

The only personal information the site collects is what you choose to give us. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store the email address you submit so we can send you the newsletter. That's it. We use it to send occasional updates on tools and research, and you can unsubscribe at any time with one click.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We don't run advertising against it. Your email address is used to send you what you asked for, and nothing else.
